Family reunification is an important part of Canada's immigration system.
Sea Salt Immigration Services assists eligible Canadian citizens and permanent residents with sponsoring spouses and partners for permanent residence.
Services may include sponsor eligibility review, relationship documentation, marriage or common-law evidence, immigration history, supporting financial documents where applicable, forms, explanation letters, and organization of relationship evidence.
We understand that each relationship has its own history and circumstances. We work with clients to present that history clearly and accurately.
DEPENDENT CHILD SPONSORSHIP
Reuniting Parents and Children
Eligible Canadian citizens and permanent residents may be able to sponsor qualifying dependent children.
We assist families with reviewing eligibility, relationship documentation, custody-related or family documentation where relevant, immigration forms, and supporting evidence.
PARENTS & GRANDPARENTS SPONSORSHIP
Bringing Generations Together
Eligible sponsors may have options to reunite with parents and grandparents through applicable Canadian immigration programs.
When the relevant sponsorship program is available, we assist clients with understanding sponsor eligibility, financial requirements, relationship documentation, and permanent residence application requirements.
We can also discuss the Super Visa as a separate temporary residence option where appropriate.
